Ted Crawford, DO
Dr. Crawford received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology in 1978, from Drake University, in Des Moines, Iowa. He received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery, located in Des Moines, Iowa.
Dr. Crawford performed his internship and postgraduate training in the United States Air Force. His last duty assignment in the Air Force was at Keesler Air Force Base, Mississippi as officer-in-charge of the Department of Primary Care. He joined Sun Life Family Health Center in 2007
Dr. Crawford is Board Certified in Family Practice. He is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, the American College of Family Physicians and the Arizona Osteopathic Association.
Born in Des Moines, Iowa, Dr. Crawford moved to Arizona in 1988. He has two daughters and enjoys hiking, biking, traveling, outdoor activities and reading.
