Deborah Hudak, DO
Dr. Hudak earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology in 1991, at the University of Maryland, Catonsville, Maryland. She earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree, in 1995 from the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences located in Des Moines, Iowa.
In 1995, she completed her Residency in Family Practice and Osteopathic Manipulation at Tempe St. Luke’s Hospital, Tempe, Arizona. Dr. Hudak joined Sun Life Family Health Center in 1998.
Dr. Hudak is a Board Certified Family Practitioner who welcomes patients of all ages. She is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians, Arizona Chapter, and as a member of the Arizona Osteopathic Association, she is also a Delegate for the House of Delegates and a member of the Education Committee. She is member of Zonta - an International business Women’s Association for improvement of the status of Women.
