R.N. Team Leader - Full Time
Registered Nurse (R.N.) with valid Arizona license and clinical experience working in multiple areas required. Supervisory experience highly desired. The RN Team Leader plans, directs, and evaluates total nursing care and functions; supervises the day-to-day operation of the patient care area, while assisting support staff and working with the providers to assure physical and psychological support for the patients. In cooperation with the Director of Nursing, is responsible for management of personnel, orientation, participating in all phases of education, training, assessing and maintaining the clinical skills of nursing staff, and maintenance of records.
